Thank You Card for my BFF

I made another Tilda card recently for my BFF using Tilda with a Rose and wanted to share it with you. I used my new I-rock tool that I purchased from Glenda. It takes a little bit to set the bling but once you do, it looks great. I used the swirl stencil and it helped a lot. Thank you for visiting my blog today.

And I love my Magnolias too. This one is from the Fairytale collection. Isn't she gorgeous? Happy Birthday Sis!

Today is National Administrative Professionals Day!

Today is National Administrative Professionals Day and I wanted to do something special for some of the people that I worked with. So last night I got out my Cricut and used my new Create-a-Critter cartridge and made special cards for them. As you can see from the photos, they turned out really cute. And on the inside there was a package of post its with a medallion wishing them a happy day.

I love my Copics!

Here is another card I made using my Copic markers. Oh how I love my Copics. One of the closeup views of the card is the crocheted flowers that I made myself along with roses from Prima. I inked the edges of the crocheted flowers using Copics that matched the roses. I think it turned out great.

The other closeup is the stamped image itself. When I saw this stamp at my LSS, I couldn't wait to color her and her teddy bear. It is from Stampavie called "Being Together." I have another stamp from the same line called "Looking at You" that is next on my list to make.

For now, this card will be displayed in my craft room. Maybe some day soon I will send it to my friend Amy just to say hello. Thanks for visiting.

Mom's Birthday is coming up...

My mom's birthday is coming up soon and I wanted to make her a special easel card. And what's more special than a Tilda. I used two Magnolia stamps for this card that I got from Diane (thank you)--one was Tilda with glasses and the other one was the Cat. I love how I can color my pearls to match the project using my Copic markers. I also decorated the inside of the card using a bee and a butterfly stamp. Spring is finally here.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Get better soon...

Last night I finished another card. This one is for my aunt who is in the hospital. I used the card parts I received when I took a Basic Copics card class from Memory Bound in Ankeny. I don't know where the image came from; I used my Copics to color it. I hope she will like it and gets better soon.

Copics used: YR09, Y19, G12, G14, G17, B91, B93, B97.

Whales In Love

Here is my card using Taylor's cute whale stamp. It was colored with Copic markers and embossed using the swiss dots Cuttlebug embossing folder. You can see more of these cute stamps at Taylor's website. Just click here. Thanks again Taylor. The border is the new Creative Memories Love Struck Maker border punch.
